From Selection to Meeting the Order

Luxury Antonovich Home Site antonovich-home.ae will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the United Arab Emirates legal system.
Multiple transactions for product payments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s (Client’s) monthly statement.
Luxury Antonovich Home Company delivers its goods throughout the UAE, as well as worldwide (check with our consultants for special conditions).
Our Customer can choose the most convenient way to deliver an order:
- address delivery or pickup from our showroom. Your order will ship to you most cost-effectively.
Most in-stock items are shipped in a few business days. If the selected product is available in our showroom, delivery is carried out within 7 working days from the time of order confirmation. If the product is not in stock or it is made to order, or your order is so individual that there is no such product in stock, the delivery time will be from 1 to 2 weeks. Some items, shipping with other conditions, will be sent as soon as we can fulfill your order. A customer service representative will notify you if any items are not in stock or are shipping from a warehouse.
Truck freight or special order items require additional shipping lead time for delivery.
To coordinate the delivery time, our logistics specialist will call you 12-24 hours in advance.
We give you the opportunity to track your order through “My Orders” in the “My Account” section.
If your order is not big, we will charge 500 dirhams for shipment cost, if your purchase is large, in this case, you will be charged 750 dirhams. In case shipping the order outside the city (e.g. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain) you will be charged 1000 dirhams.
Regardless of the ordered product, the delivery costs are made based on the distance and displayed while placing the order.
All the payments are collected strictly under the arrangements.
Conditions for Shipping after Order Placement
Luxury Antonovich Home delivers during 7 business days after you place the order. Our work time: Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm GST. You can track your order by logging in to “My Account” and “My Orders”, as well as using the “Order ID” in the email with the order confirmation.
When you are not at home…
If for some reason you are unavailable during the delivery of the order, our support consultant will contact you and you can transfer the date and time of delivery to a more convenient one with the permission of our management.
Orders, Shipping and Payment
The cost of your order does not include shipping costs. Information about expenses is displayed on the payment page from which you proceed to payment.
If the Order is damaged…
Without fail, we recommend you to inspect and check your order for damage to the packaging of the goods, and immediately inform us about it. For more information, visit our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refund pages.
Luxury Antonovich Home provides the ability to schedule your delivery, after placing your order. Delivery schedules are specified at our shipping department.
As previously reported, you can pick up your order from our warehouses. To do this, show a copy of the invoice sent to your registered with us an email address.
Multiple Addresses Delivery
Regardless of the number of addresses, Luxury Antonovich Home delivers the goods to the address mentioned in your order (specify several addresses for several orders). To add new addresses go to “Address Book” section in the “My Account” section.
Delivery Address Changes
You have the opportunity to change the delivery address before your order has been shipped. To do this, contact our customer service consultant by any method, which would be the most convenient for you. Our work time: Sunday to Thursday from 9 am to 6 pm GST.
Documentary confirmation of the Order upon Delivery
You must provide a valid ID document to receive your order.
Preparation Process for Order Delivery
It is necessary to create conditions for the smooth placement of new furniture. Our delivery service does not provide services for rearrangement or disassembly of your old furniture, as well as interior items. You will be charged AED 500 if we send you the same product again due to your problem. We are not responsible for any problems associated with elevators, doorways or other issues in your home or building.
Dear customers! The need to get to the higher floor must be warned in advance. In homes without a lift and with narrow aisles, the delivery service may not be able to bring new furniture to your home without any damage or risk.
Storage of your order is free for 30 days from the invoice date. If the storage period is exceeded, you must pay a minimum of 5% storage charge every 30 days. Your order is stored for a maximum of 90 days, after which we deduct the storage charge and update the balance on your store credit balance.
